Well, I just remember that while the disaster had to make them move people far away, when they go to the destination, one of the key elements was that they ran out of water! Take Katrina for example. They displaced thousands of people to the super dome. When they got there, with so many people, they simply ran out of water! One of these could have done a world of good! IMO!!!
