Sen why r/s the preferred shares if all they wanted to to do take our money. They did not have to but seeing 8k filing it showed series b and preferred all be split 1 for 100 as well. They could have excluded them and r/s only common and not series b or preferred. Then they hold a even larger % of the company stock after a r/s. Yet they where willing to r/s all classes.
