I think we have bottomed

A NR on buyback actually started will get us into the high .03 and followed by closing of acqistions is needed within 2 weeks or else we will bounce up and down until acqustions actually happen

Managemnet need s to come through on deadlines and stop mis leading folks with the no more dilution

We will be fine as long as the deals close
