Oh ok ok understood. So someone is trying to get the .0009's still, and by doing this they are whacking it with partial buys? What a joke! I hope they do get charged commission in this case so that it discourages ppl doing this, although does that mean if they put a bid whack buy for 1mil @ .0009, maybe they only get charged the commish when all 1mil eventually fill.
Either way ppl should buy @ the ASK!
