Read starting on Page 19..The section is on "Listing Requirements". It has some interesting data re: listing on higher exchanges and specifically addresses pink sheet companies.

it also talks about the OTCBB being replaced by something called the BBX system similar to the Nasdaq..

ALSO : look on page 52 - it talks about stock repurchase by the company. It talks about Rule 10b-18 and the legal ways for a company to repurchase it's own shares. VERY VERY interesting.
