JAAJ,I don't think that fits. These people are working too hard to be con artists. Maybe inept or unlucky or both They may know what they want to do,but not how. But who knows, you could be right. They sure don't appear to be doing anything to lure investors to the company or make present investors aware of their goals. It may turn out to be a shell again for some other company to toy with for a few years.
