Yep and probably also back around Aug. 26. Same type of volume. With the OS count where it is now, they need to buyback about 75MM shares which would be about 20%.

PIPE financing at it's best. That's the way it's done. With the buyback, hopefully this will come back into balance. And BTW, if you take the average price from yesterday and do some math, it comes out to be just about $1mm, the amount of the 504.
