moron...lets say IBM had done the exact same thing as Sevu..and pretend they had the same amount of shares outstanding and were sued by their shareholders do you think the settlement would be under one million?? Shareholders NEVER get back what they lost in a ca suit but must agree on an amount based on what a company is willing to..or can pay to get the suit dropped..so if Sevu would have signed a deal with RCA last Dec. then the plaintiffs would have thought Sevu would be able to pay more..and they would be correct...so thats why it would be best to settle the suit and then sign major deals..why give all your profits to the lawyers...bizz
