What I try to do is combine positive charting signs with (the mood) of the stock. Seems to me it's been in an oversold condition for a long time. With recent news and the continueing increase in CD's being protected I try to find points of resistance to the rise in share price. Pink sheet stock are usually imposible to chart do to manipulation ect. ect. This stock however has turned the corner and the masses that thought we were a laughing stock are starting to whistle a different tune!
