Smitter, I've written everything out exactly how it happened for you. I apologize for before starting to get out of hand, but once you read the story you too will emphatically share my ridiculousness for the situation.
I'm Ryjo8831. I live in a house. My friend is gmon20200. I'm 20 as you know, and he is 51, he is my friend's dad. He doesn't use computers much, so I had him come to my house to set up his account on my name. I did this because cbrad private messaged me saying that ihub offered the packages here for realtime level II
**(I realize you say its 300$, and I believe you, but I'm more concerned about being able to log in so he can cancel his subscription and his account if that is the case...his credit card is still going to be automatically billed, and he can't even log into his account to cancel the subscription.)**
So, gmon20200 get's on THIS laptop that I am using right now. We log out of Ryjo. We hit create new account, because, he wants Level II from Ihub. So he makes gmon20200. Then it says "you only have 3 posts, make a post to get your other 15". So I click him into some trading forum where they are pumping this stock CYGA or something similar to that, and I said, simply "Yes, I agree. I do not have money to invest but I wish I did" or something along those lines. Easy, on topic, simple.
After that, we click on Level II, and then it says we need to subscribe, so we pay for the 29.99 Small Cap Pro. Again, i don't care if its not realtime, i just want the account unbanned. We put in his credit card for this obviously. And it worked fine.
Then, we sat there for about a half hour looking at Level II and I explained it to him. It worked nicely, and he left the house.
Then, this morning he goes to log in, and get's that picture of the boot that says "Buh Bye" and "You can't go home but you can't stay here" (i realize you said he was IP banned, but we didn't know that at 9:30 when the market opened). So, gmon20200 calls me on the phone and says "Hey please try to log in gmon20200 because it is not working for me, i'm getting this picture of a boot saying to get out and 'buh bye'".
So now, I try to log in, and here we are.
Do you see my situation? Do you see why I'm just some kid going to college, and my friend's dad, a normal blue-collar man who is 51 years old and doesn't know the first thing about posting in message boards to post something that would get himself IP banned like a terrymisir, for example. He is just a lay person that hardly even turns on the computer and now this is happening. He is worried about the safety of his credit card after reading that litigation, and would just like to get unbanned so he can cancel his account.
