CDBT hasn't a lot of negatives at least not obvious one's. However I would point out that the recent selling in the last couple of weeks could have been the company diluting because they need to finance expansion which is nicely shown here on this link.

I know you might ask why would they do a dilution if they have 10 million in cash by now and to be honest I have no answer for that. Maybe it wasn't the company but somebody else selling. We will see soon when they file their 10k this or next week or with a late filing one week after that.
Looking forward to the numbers because if they had a strong Q4 this stock will explode in my opinion because it's dirt cheap right now. Just look at the cash adjusted forward looking PE here....
