the difference between Apple and Spotify and the others trying to cut deals compared to Blln, is that they have cash, that is why they can move and do what they say they are going to do.
Blln is always trying to raise venture capital, and anything they say they are going to do is dependent on getting that capital. That's where it is right now. Nothing's changed.
