Morning everyone...looking for that news today I talked about...also spent some time reading the posts..good stuff, by a lot of good people...I would however like to point out one thing....we are NOT BEHL..there is a trend to in the posts that is starting to develop that has us being BEHL...what we are is in a business relation ship with them...we have todate one project we are working on with them...what I call "The Nevada Project"

But if you take the time to go back to the May 28 PR, when we were still Entech and read the first paragraph you will see this:

TUSTIN, Calif., May 28, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ENTECH Products Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:INCL - News) today announced several changes to the Board of Directors and current operational management team along with news of the company's revised business plan after being acquired by a consortium of "Green" companies.

According to ENTECH President Robert J. Thompson, "the company has been acquired by an aggressive consortium of 'Green' orientated companies, which already has several North American and International contracts in place for Joint Ventures with major 'Green Technology' products and applications."

We were acquired by an "aggressive consortium of Green orientated companies" (plural) One of those aggressive companies was and is BEHL...who the others are is still an unknown...But it is known that we have our Acting CEO in Korea, and that we have "International contracts in place" (if we are to believe the statement in the PR, and I do) and that part of those contracts are for "Joint Ventures" which is exactly what the "Vegas Project"is..a Joint Venture....

So I would encourage all of you to keep focused on INCL, and while BEHL is part of what we are doing...its NOT who we are....
