there also, SEC has a bad taste in their mouth from Greenblatt already (we know how the SEC and Jurys like reflections of fraud at this time!), Fraud would bring in the FBI (crossed state lines) The Post Office, the FCC, Legal fees, possible incarceration.. Let's not forget the tie in on the April 08 IRS case "sham" Stonegate tie in with RTC and false alternative credit sales. Loss of license, seizure of assets including properties, defamation (he he) in the public eye, associates bailing, partners senior abandonment.. God forbid.. new "friends" called Bubba, saying they'll hold his soap on a rope..

For Greenblatt, it may not make a difference whom is pulling the trigger,, or in this case the lanyard..
