Z4 the SEC does not step in right away.It takes time.They want to make sure they do the right thing.
If you see two weeks Suspension then you know someone is in trouble for wrong doings, and the problem becomes big for SPNGE.I wish you good luck.But these Bozos lately, once, they announce R/S,then the cancel replace R/S because of the 10k needs to be out first,blah blah blah.Do not be surprised anymore with these people.
Imagine if Auditors do not file it on time and goes pink???

The fact that they shafted the shaholders with announcement of R/S. Says a lot about these guys.One has to wonder what it is in the 10k that is hiding to come out????lol.I hope nothing, but this delay starting to smell.I can not wait to see the 10k.They do not know when now.They are going to allow the Auditors do their thing??lol.Not to mention they were keep increasing the A/S several times.
