Gentleman -

I have a few items I want to run down with the group:

1) I am only playing "devils advocate" to the cheerleading going on. I know I am pretty good at it but there are HUGE holes I can shoot through this company. I appreciate thoughtful responses to my questions, instead of the private "you are a jerk" messages I receive.

2) KnightlyDude - I didn't say they would be on the damn show. I said ELLEN SHOW was THERE, reviewing the products and suggested had LNGT actually BROUGHT a prototype maybe they would have caught their attention.

3) The news today (that we all knew) with prejudice (and it's funny how we had a debate on that here, which I was wrong and then the next day their is a PR, which one of you is an insider, haha)

The news can be read as VERY bad. Why would they DROP their lawsuit only a few days after recieving an extension? They could see that LNGT is NO THREAT at all, and all fluff that they do not need to waste any money. Perhaps, they saw what the Dazer Laser "potential" was and then realized wow, this company is BS.

4) WHY announce that product is going to be ready Feb-2010 when you haven't ANNOUNCED SALES YET??? My opinion is that the company is all fluff and just trying to ride this out as long as they can...maybe not? I'm not sure if they could get in any "legal" trouble from what they are doing since it is a pinksheet.

5) Build it and they will come - Everyone knows they have 3-5 different techs that can "hit the big time" This helps keep the share price inflated the more "items you throw down the pipeline"


Now - appreciate this is the negative story, and I'd like someone (which I know you will) tell me why that is 100% wrong.
