form t trade is a transaction that has been after the trading day,or before i.e company doing buyback cannot inflate the share price so cant buy like normal trading so they are commitied to a percentage of the total buy volume for each day trading, it comes in late so that the natural day flow will not be disturbed......
so yesterday they had form t of almost 6million today 4.sumtin , thats great the buyback is happening,, this is a very good sign./......
