looks like more dillution then to me, or is that setting up for the reverse split??
either way this company is in trouble...maybe we wont have to look at this stupid company everyday being number 1 on most active on I-hub and people keep talking about how well it did in the past with its stock run, which was prbally falsely done anyways...

I mean Microsft was a tiny company in early 80's now there a mult billion dollar company and such and have been that way for years...
