Moron..funding was held up due to the ca...they should now be able to get loans...they can also use the POs from Costco and Wal-mart to secure funding...all this may take a few more months but now that the ca is gone seaview will release more PRs...what you posted was correct if Sevu would have signed a deal with RCA they might have had to tell the courts ...and yes that might have drove the stock price up but the plaintiffs would have wanted a lot more shares...I guess it really doesnt matter now...from here on its all about sales and profit...bizz
