If this company is a scam, they hired the wrong people to audit year 2010. The MM boys remind me of the main characters in The Producers. They stumbled upon SPNG, planned on using their expertise to make a quick buck and run, but instead transformed the company into a money-making machine that will enable them to buy luxury yachts instead of rent them.
