They have an office in New York, don't they? Need to be registered to do business in the state of New York as a foreign entity...as they were doing before they were annulled by proclamation...probably over that tax issue that SM had...and botched...amazing that they can do all these great sponge things, that were listed in the letter, but can't keep their listing ACTIVE to do business in New York State...New York State Department of Taxation and Finance would like some information on this, I imagine...

Background

Corporations that have been delinquent in filing returns or paying taxes or fees for two consecutive years may be subject to sanctions imposed by the New York Secretary of State.

• New York State corporations may be dissolved by proclamation
• corporations that have been formed under the laws of another state or country (foreign corporations) may have their authority to do business in New York State annulled by proclamation
