No way has 10% of the float traded!
I still have not seen an sec filing from yorkville. I know they are > 5% owner of this security.

When did Mitch lend PCFG money?

And I thought Landau's loan was not payable unless it was out of production?

Where's the sec filling on these new prefered shares that they issued? What are the terms?
