We'll have to agree to disagree. OTC stocks can't get the same PEs as nasdaq. We may be past the $0.70s because of earnings... but those earnings were there long before - which is why I bought in the $0.70s last year and continued to buy all the way down to $0.25

But you are simply wrong if you believe we went to $1.65 purely on earnings. People are hoping/expecting a China announcement - that's what has driven us from the low $1s to $1.65. Why on earth would China be priced in? IT DIDN'T HAPPEN YET and there are significant risks remaining that my prevent it from happening.

If and when it's announced, then we can move towards your price target. Until then, we flounder at this price... and if it falls through, we go down to $1+ range.
