And SPNG was doing so well when the mgmt seems to have had a senior moment where in it forgot that credibility has a lot to do with your success in the market place...your reputation is easier to keep than to recover...now it has to try and recover its reputation by coming out of this audit "sqeekly" clean and continuing to grow sales...now customers may shy away think that they may not survive...this is when the competence of mgmt is clear...good mgmt does not get caught failing at mgmt 101...a clean audit...especially when you are trying to pull off a RS...wow...having said that I will say betting that they come out the other side can make you broke or a millioinaire...there is not in between...
