On a positive conjecture, how about this scenario? The company puts the A/S at 3 bill, increases the class B's to maintain voting control, gives a divy in shares, 10-K comes out, trades for a while to build PPS...plenty of unreleased common stock left for forward splits and liquidity?...What Ya think?...GLTA
