I believe it has if you look yesterday you will see 5. sumtin million bought at near the low of the day .027 it went through as a form t which was after hours but probably was the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!expect same today they cant tilt the natural flow of the trading day so order gets done but only registers at end of day, als possible some insiders are the smaller amounts form t again in after hours....
