Resentment in PR's

I also remember Palmer being really upset about being listed on the pinks. He knows what’s going on and really wants off the pinks. So I’m guessing whatever is going on he believes it will stop once on the OTC exchange. Lets hope he’s right.

Him knowing the issue and having a solution would explain the resentment in his PR’s as of late.
