Well, I thought the same thing you thought, about the CUISP change, LOL, Until these fools just decided that they dont have to release a 10-K any more. LOL, they take the cake. No 10-K, oh well, LOL, R/S? Who knows? Dicon even exist? LOL

These guys should become magicians. These guys will probably be so slick, the release of the 10-Q will come out, unaudited, to PUMP the stock even more, and when asked about the 10-K, Moskowtiz will just tell shareholders, "Eh, don't worry about it, we're going to be 100,000 stores by year end. Remember what a I told ya? Who needs 10-Ks and accountants, Spongetech is going straight for world domination, forget the SEC."
