"bonus" is what is confusing everyone.

"bonus" in terms of the PR means nothing more than just receiving 1 share of the "new" symbol for every 10 shares of BEHL.

You will still have your 10 shares of BEHL, but they will be worthless. Your "bonus" is the 1 share of the new company. I cannot state this any easier to comprehend..
