Market makers must open a stock symbol change at the current volue, now if there are tons of buyers gapped up to buy on the day of the symbol change it will gap up if there are sellers on the uplisting it could drop a tad no different than what we see in any stock big or small boards however I would not assume you will see anyone lining up to sell on the day we uplist, seriously. I have to go eat. BTW longs do not respond to bahsers, I am ignoring all messages here as Dennis is working on the problem with messages I had forwarded to him a couple weeks back and a few of us longs are working behind the scenes to take care of that problem on our own behalf.
