It looks like this company in Houston is building the unit and it looks fairly complete... http://www.proventechllc.com/Desalination.html - it makes sense, too, since this Proven company also does work with Biotricity of whom CNFO shares a lot of officers. Who else would they build this for when you look at the "customers" section of the website.

Looks like they have a viable product.
