Look forget the bonus:

100,000 today - 10,000 shares tomorrow.

Call it whatever you chose, dress it up however you choose, add all the extra bonus stuff you want. That is a RS plain and simple.

I have 100,000 today and I have less tomorrow.

And where do you guys get the assumption that the VALUE of those shares remains the same? What assurance do you have of that? It could go up/down/same, but none of that is guaranteed.
