For those of you who are confused the PR says BONUS. The def. is below

1. something given or paid over and above what is due.
2. a sum of money granted or given to an employee, a returned soldier, etc., in addition to regular pay, usually in appreciation for work done, length of service, accumulated favors, etc.
3. something free, as an extra dividend, given by a corporation to a purchaser of its securities.
4. a premium paid for a loan, contract, etc.
5. something extra or additional given freely: Every purchaser of a pound of coffee received a box of cookies as a bonus.

PR says nothing about a R/S so why even bring it up. Some will sell and run for the hills if R/S is mentioned. It does not say anything about a R/S in the PR. Not to say it want happen but lets talk about it when it does instead of now because the PR does not say that. Doesnt matter who says what the meat is in the PR. This is how things get all twisted and nobody knows who to believe. Like another poster posted I guess we need another PR to explain this PR. Not sure if they could have made anymore simple. Again not saying they want be a R/S but the PR clearly does not say that. GLTA
