THE NEW COMPANY WILL:::
1) Will acquire all of the assets of Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc (BEHL) For a combination of Preferred and Common Shares

The new company will get ALL OF THE ASSESTS OF BEHL, ALL THE STOCK PEOPLE. Existing shareholders will get 10 Bonus shares for every 1 they own. BEHL will no longer have Shareholders shares, do you guys get it yet? Some people on here are spreading some disinformation it seems..
