Based on the volume of 21mil so far today, and my estimate was the company on any given day could buy back up to 12 mil, which is a rough average over the last 4 weeks, you could say with fair certainty that the buy back has started. Also remember, the company doesn't have to buy on the Ask, they can buy on the Bid...
