lee, the nyt or the la times or the wash post did not do any investigations at all into anything. if you only read them, a lot of news would not exist. people know that and have stopped buying newspapers. bailing out failed entities is a way of throwing money into a hole and further weakens the economy. if it is done, I think more negatively about the economy
