EESO's efforts because they're just so gosh darned cutting edge. I'm sure Belmont has shorted EESO, and now they're all running scared ahead of the super-massive naked short squeeze eh?


Who cares if EESO claims the suit is frivolous? They didn't instigated the suit, so naturally they'll deny it's significance to shareholders just like any defendant would.

Belmont releases an NR worth a few hundred dollars to warn other OTC CEO's that backing out of a deal for payment of a brokered shell, will land them in court.
