Very significant news indeed.

It will take me a little while to consider all the ramifications but then I'll post my comments.

Initially I can see lots of positives. IMHO a "game changer" for LLEG.

1.Laidlaw receives cash injection- no need to fund itself via share issues into the market.

2. Diversification of projects and risk.

3. Much enlarged development team on multi projects.

4. Access to insitutional funders.

5. Homeland have obviously undertaken a detailed review of Berlin prior to investing and found it to be worthy.
