Actually I don't think it matters if Bill Hess sits on the Board of Directors of the RCC/IWS when the move is make. The public was informed by RCCH of the preparation for its new International Exchange. Could it be very close ??? Could that be why MM's want to BUY a HUGE amount of RCCH shares ??? Could you see those .0002's fall in a split second with any substantial volume ??? Questions, questions, LOL.
