Ok big guy here is Black's Law Dictionary's definition of "Dismissed With Prejudice" as follows DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE - When a case is dismissed for good reason and the plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim.

Its says BARRED so get your facts straight before going off on someone.
