I am new at penny stocks to...

I m thinking .0015 if there relationship is compromised...(maybe a bit lower but the company can still be bought out by another company) but if it isnt compromised then I am thinking of .02 ... so I m gambling on a 65% loss versus a 4.75 X gain... and if there is a buy out ... then I m thinking 10X gain...(which I dont think there will be but who knows its all speculation at this point)

What do you guys think???? does it sound correct?
