But there has been PIPE financing at some point and you are correct, not for the acquisitions. But, that's what Capital does. My post was not a bash, just an observation since there are no filings and we can only surmise what is taking place. BTW, a 504 is only for $1MM http://www.sec.gov/answers/rule504.htm Even with that, they can still sell to qualified private investors and guess what, it's still PIPE financing. Private Investment In Public Entities, or something like that AND the stock is usually sold to the qualified investor at a discount.

I am not saying it is bad, it is what it is.

BTW, I have been watching this same scenario with a bio-tech for 4 years. Please read the entire post I made. I did say that this appears to be a short term move that they must now pay up on. Once that is done, the stock is no longer encumbered since they have since secured other means of financing with more traditional financial vehicles.
