Both Fox and Pensley wrote the letters in question. There has been a ridiculous effort all over the web to try to confuse investors over this issue.

The SEC is already taking action. Everyone who has ever deposited a SPNG cert is now being looked at. All of the information on these individuals is being collected. Moskowitz hasn't just taken himzelf down, but probably a lot of promoters as well. Look for disgorgement orders at the very least and huge fines as well to come against the people who received these ill-gained certs. For Moskowitz? He'll be lucky if the Justice Dept doesn't end up involved, in my opinion
