Those T4,s we saw in past month may all be part of Big picture , i presume some of the acquiring companies upper managemnet will be getting QASP shares , part of the motivation and perks for doing deal. No doubt at those levels we saw,

QASP does the buybacks share price firms maybe to .05 range , close the deals, more deals , promo, details oozed out slowly on acquiring companies, no doubt a back log of contracts and possile Jv,s to announce over the next 6 months .

All adds up to a nice steady climb
