I think the SEC just assumed that Spongetech knew they needed to have their 2008 books re audited since they obviously used a corrupt auditor. When Moskowitz tried to file the 2009 10-k with the 2008 numbers from Drakeford, they laughed in his face and said, "Are you kidding!?"

So the Moskowitz probably asked Robinson to just "sign-off" on the old numbers to satisfy the SEC. Now that Robinson wont just sign off.

The information Robinson is looking to verify probably doesnt even exist, and there fore, Moskowitz just refuses to release the true numbers because he rather just run this company into the ground instead of being exposed as the crook he is.

You people do understand, in all seriousness, if they release the 10-K, and there are major changes to the 2008 financials, and some of the 2009 10-Qs, share-holders who have taken losses will have an excellent case in court against them, especially if we can find ANY proof that Moskwitz profited from stock transactions of SPNG during this period between May 31, 2009 and whenever the 10-K is finally revealed
