PUTTING TO REST. All, its amazing to me that we are suggesting that the following pictures and this so called weight receipt is proof of shipment of copper! I CAN ASSURE YOU ITS NOT!
First let me say this so called weight receipt is actually from the WHEEL LOADER and NOT an offical scale house RECEIPT. How do I know this? First off, look at the top of the receipt. It gives the machine model number. Scale house receipts DO NOT show this type of information. However, here is my other supporting proof. 1.) If you look at the bottom picture you will notice a John Deere backhoe. Probably a 310SG would be my guess. With that said, this JD has the ability to dump into that dump truck. The JD has plenty of lifting height to easily dump into that truck, SO WHY ISN'T IT????. 2.) So with that said, now you need to ask youself why would the JD be dumping into the CAT? Well because it has an onboard scale. Most of these sized machines have this as standard equipment. 3.) Now look at the 3 weight segments on receipt. This tells me that the JD dumped 3 TIMES into the CAT to provide a estimation weight for each dump! 4.) Now at the bottom of the ticket you will see a variance. I think it reads .25. That my friends is not from an offical scale house. Way too much of a spread there. That is a variable factor that is inputed by the operator to help get the machine to ZERO when working in different loading conditions.
Finally, if these pictures suggest that copper has shipped, then my friends we should have a little document called a BOL. For those of you who are not familar with the term, its called a BILL OF LADING. THIS IF FACT......PERIOD. NO trucking company would EVER LEAVE A JOBSITE WITHOUT ONE NOR WOULD THE COMPANY YOUR HAULING THE COMMODITY FOR ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE WITHOUT ONE!!!! PRODUCE AND POST THIS DOCUMENT to the board then I may consider these pictures as proof....until then, well, its just more speculation....
