Hey John, you must been a playwriter in a former life?! I think That R.S. and S.B. thought that all of this would go by without a hitch, because a lot of people say that the sec is a sleep @ the wheel-- madoff ect. BUT i think the judge is a lot smater than they think he is! That will be a big part of there undoing, and the board relentless fight lead by none other the the Montyalator (jmho, not a solicitation to buy)
