Techniques whereby I have located successful picks:

1. Learn the boards on Investorshub that give investors visibility to stocks increasing ie .0001 picks and Hunt for the Next 5-10 bagger

2. Mark board members that have the tools for success and are consistent ie RULiquid. Pay attention to board members with high markings.

3. Create an excel or access database whereby you can update everyday at any time and make it so it makes sense to you and is user-friendly. This is all about organizing your strategy around the numerous activities and action that is present in a trading day. Once you have initial database developed the stage is set for additional databases (I will discuss this more in the board).
