Vanity Events Holding, Inc. announced that it has entered into an exclusive trademark license agreement with SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. to utilize SpongeTechs` trademark, America`s Cleaning CompanyTM. Vanity intends to market its home and business cleaning service division utilizing SpongeTechs` trademark.
