Hi everyone, I'm new to this board/stock and I'm currently sifting through the info available here. I’m considering investing in CGFIA.

I’m close by (Colo Springs) and if this turns out to be a worthwhile venture I’d love to check out their facilities.

Real quick could anyone share with me the current share structure? Specifically AS, OS and Float.

Also, how are they structured financially? Do they have long term or short term financing? Or… are they using their shareholders to pay for everything?
